Artículo 89. Permiso Especial para Armas de Guerra

El permiso especial para usar armas de guerra únicamente será autorizado a los funcionarios que ostente su cargo en propiedad.

Dicho permiso especial será revocado al incurrir el beneficiario en alguna causal legal de inhabilidad o incapacidad para portar armas.

Article 89. Special Permit for Weapons of War

A special permit to possess weapons of war may only be granted to those officials who require them for their duties.

Such special permit shall be revoked should the holder be involved in legal proceedings that invalidate or incapacitate him/her from carrying arms.
