Artículo 58. Informes para Comercialización
Las personas naturales o jurídicas autorizadas para comercializar artículos regulados por la Ley, deberán presentar un informe bimensual, ya sea por escrito o utilizando cualquier medio informático, al Ministerio de la Defensa Nacional, de las armas, Municiones o explosivos que hubieren comercializado durante el bimestre anterior, de las que hubieren adquirido de fabricantes o importadores y de las que todavía tuvieren en inventario.

Decree No. 25 of 2000, Regulation of the Act on the Control and Regulation of Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives and Related Materials
Article 58. Trade Records
Individuals or legal persons authorised to trade in products regulated by the Act shall provide a bi-monthly report, whether written or transmitted by computerized means, to the Ministry of National Defence, listing the firearms, ammunition or explosives that were transferred during the preceding two months, those that were purchased by manufacturers or importers and those that are still in their establishments.
