Artículo 55. Informes de Importación
Las personas natural o jurídicas autorizadas para importar artículos regulados por la Ley, deberán presentar un informe bimensual, ya sea por escrito o utilizando cualquier medio informático, al Ministerio de la Defensa Nacional, de las armas, municiones o explosivos que hubieren importado durante el bimestre anterior, de las que todavía posee en su inventarios y de las que hubieren suministrado a comerciantes autorizados.

Decree No. 25 of 2000, Regulation of the Act on the Control and Regulation of Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives and Related Materials
Article 55. Import Records
Individuals or legal persons authorised to import products regulated by the Act shall provide a bi-monthly report, whether written or transmitted by computerized means, to the Ministry of National Defence, listing the firearms, ammunition or explosives that were imported during the preceding two months, those that are still in their establishments and those that have been transferred to authorised dealers.
