Artículo 49. Informes de Fabricación
Las personas naturales o jurídicas autorizadas para fabricar armas de fuego, municiones, explosivos, pólvora o accesorios, deberán presentar un informe bimensual, ya sea por escrito o utilizando cualquier medio informático, a la Dirección de Logística, de aquéllos que hubieren fabricado durante el bimestre anterior, de los que todavía posean en inventario y de los que hubiere suministrado a los comerciantes autorizados, debiendo cumplir con lo que estipula el Art. 18 de la Ley.

Article 49. Manufacturing Records
Individuals or legal persons authorised to manufacture firearms, ammunition, explosives, gunpowder or accessories shall provide a bi-monthly report, whether written or transmitted by computerized means, to the Logistics Directorate, listing what was manufactured during the preceding two months, what is still in their establishments and what has been transferred to authorised dealers, in accordance with what is established in Article 18 of the Act.
