Artículo 44. Armas de Guerra
Queda prohibida la fabricación, importación, exportación, comercio, tenencia o portación de armas de guerra y de aquéllas cuya características o diseño de fabricación sean similares a las de tipo militar, a excepción de los revólveres y las pistola, siempre que estas últimas no posean selector para tiro en ráfaga.

Article 44. Weapons of War
The manufacture, import, export, trade, possession or carrying of weapons of war are prohibited, as well as of weapons with characteristics or a design that are similar to those for military use, with the exception of revolvers and pistols, as long as the latter do not possess a fully automatic mechanism.
