Artículo 105 - Registro o devolución de armas de fuego

La vigencia de esta Ley obliga a quienes tengan en su poder armas de fuego, a optar por:

a) Registrar el arma de fuego.
b) Donarla al Estado.
c) Entregar a la Autoridad Competente, para su destrucción.

La autoridad competente reglamentará el procedimiento para facilitar una de las opciones previstas más.

Act No. 4.036 on Firearms, their Parts and Components, Ammunition, Explosives, Accessories and Similar Items

Article 105 - Firearm Registration or Return

Under this Act, those who are in possession of firearms are required to either:

a) Register the firearm.
b) Donate it to the state.
c) Hand it over to the competent authority so it may be destroyed.

The competent authority shall regulate the procedure to facilitate one of the aforementioned options.
