Artículo 93 - Destrucción de materiales sujetos a procesos judiciales

Las armas de fuego, municiones, explosivos, sus accesorios y afines sujetos a un proceso judicial serán destruidas por la Dirección de Material Bélico (DIMABEL) en un plazo no mayor a los tres años, desde la fecha de su ingreso en los depósitos habilitados en el local de la autoridad competente, de conformidad a esta Ley. Si algunos de estos materiales referidos precedentemente se encontraren en situación de extrema peligrosidad podrán ser destruidos por la Dirección de Material Bélico (DIMABEL) antes de los tres años.

Article 93 - Destruction of Materials Subject to Legal Proceedings

Firearms, ammunition, explosives, their accessories and similar items which are subject to legal proceedings, will be destroyed by the Directorate of War Materials (DIMABEL) within no more than three years from the date of their storage in deposits controlled by the local competent authority, in accordance with this Law. If any of aforementioned materials are in situations of extreme danger, they may be destroyed by the Directorate of War Materials (DIMABEL) within three years.
