Artículo 51 - Intermediación

A los efectos de la aplicación de la presente Ley, se entiende por intermediación a la acción de participar en la negociación o en el arreglo de un contrato de compra-venta, permuta o dación en pago para la habilitará adquisición o transferencia de materiales o en su fabricación o en la obtención o transferencia de documentos, transporte, pago, con relación a la compra, venta o transferencia de cualquier material.

Todo intermediario nacional deberá inscribirse obligatoriamente en el registro que habilitará la autoridad competente. Los intermediarios extranjeros presentarán a la autoridad competente la licencia que lo habilita como tal de su país de origen.
 La autoridad competente reglamentará el presente artículo.

Article 51 - Brokering

Under this Act, brokering means: participating in the negotiation or to an agreement to a buy-sell contract; exchange in payment for acquiring or transferring materials or their manufacture; obtaining or transferring of documents; the transport or payment with relation to the purchase, sale or transfer of materials.

It is obligatory that all brokers within the country are registered in the register, which is overseen by the competent authority. Foreign brokers must present to the competent authority the licence that enables them to operate as a broker in their country. This article will be regulated by the competent authority.
