Las personas podrán tener y portar armas de fuego, sus piezas y componentes, municiones, explosivos, accesorios y afines, con el correspondiente permiso expedido por el Poder Ejecutivo, a través de las autoridades competentes, conforme a esta Ley y su reglamentación.

Article 23 - Permission from the Executive Authority

People may possess and carry firearms, their parts and components, ammunition, explosives, accessories and similar items, with a permit that has been issued by the Executive Authority, through the competent authorities and in accordance with this Act and its regulations.
