Artículo 39. Penas para Porte, Tenencia y Comercio Ilegal de Armas
Toda persona que fabrique, reciba, compre o adquiera de cualquier modo; tenga en su poder o bajo su custodia; venda o disponga en cualquier forma; porte o use de cualquier manera, armas de fuego, o rifles de aire comprimido, sus piezas o partes sueltas y municiones y fulminantes para las misas, en contravención a las disposiciones de la presente Ley, ser inculpada en la forma más abajo indicada.

Article 39. Penalties for the Unlawful Carrying, Possession and Transfer of Firearms
Any individual who manufactures, receives, purchases or acquires in any manner whatsoever; has in his possession or custody, sells or disposes of, in any way whatsoever; carries or uses, in any way whatsoever, firearms, air-rifles, their pieces and loose parts and ammunition and detonators for the latter, in violation of the provisions of this Act, shall be sentenced in the manner described below.
