Artículo 10. Colecciones de Armas Históricas

No incurren en las penas previstas en esta Ley las personas que posean colecciones de armas consideradas como objetos históricos.

Párrafo. Sin embargo, estas personas estarán obligadas a comunicar al Ministerio del Interior y Policía una nómina de las armas que formen su colección, con una descripción completa de cada una de ellas. Este funcionario librará una constancia que permita al interesado demostrar el cumplimiento de esta formalidad.

Act No. 36 of 1965, on the Commerce, Carrying and Possession of Firearms

Article 10. Collection of Historical Firearms

Any individual possessing a collection of arms of historical value shall not be included in penalties established in the present Act.

Paragraph. However, these persons must provide the Minister of the Interior and the Police with a list of the arms in their collection, including a complete description of each one of them. The official shall issue a certificate allowing the applicant to demonstrate compliance with this requirement.
