Artículo 77. Licencia de Armas de Fuego

La licencia de armas de fuego que se establece en el presente Decreto-Ley, no constituye título de propiedad sobre estas, sino el documento oficial que acredita que la persona natural o jurídica a favor de la cual se expide, se encuentra autorizada para la tenencia, porte, uso y transportación de las armas de fuego amparadas por esta.

Article 77. Firearms Licence

The firearm licence established in the present Decree-Law does not represent an ownership certificate over them, but an official document that testifies to the natural or legal person(s) to whom it is issued is/are authorised to own, carry, use, and transport firearms permitted by the licence.
