Artículo 32. Depósito de las Armas de Fuego
Las armas de fuego se depositan en los almacenes a cargo de la SUCAMEC, en los siguientes casos:
a) Por fallecimiento del titular de la licencia.
b) Por pena privativa de libertad efectiva.
c) Por manifestación voluntaria del titular de la licencia.
d) Por mandato judicial o del representante del Ministerio Público.
e) Por disposición de la Policía Nacional del Perú.
f) Por infracciones a la presente Ley y el reglamento.

Act on Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives, Firework Products and Related Materials for Civil Use, No. 30299
Article 32. Deposits of Firearms
Firearms are to be deposited in storage areas under control of SUCAMEC, in the following cases:
a) Following the death of the licence's owner.
b) Following a sentence depriving an individual of his freedom.
c) In case the owner expresses his willingness to hand over the firearm.
d) By court order, or order from the Public Ministry representative.
e) By order of Peru National Police.
f) Following a violation of the present Act and its regulation.
