Artículo 105. Lugares para la Fabricación, Comercialización y Almacenamiento de Armas

La fabricación, comercialización y almacenamiento de armas, municiones, explosivos y accesorios, no podrá efectuarse en otros lugares o establecimientos que no sean los registrados en los Organismos Militares de Control y señalados en el correspondiente permiso.

La prohibición del inciso anterior rige también para los polígonos particulares, cuyo funcionamiento requiere autorización del Ministro de Defensa Nacional, previa opinión favorable del Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas.

Article 105. Sites for the Manufacturing, Trade and Storage of Weapons

The manufacture, trade and storage of firearms, ammunition, explosives and accessories shall not be carried out in any establishment which is not registered by military agencies and listed in the corresponding licence.

The prohibition aforementioned is also valid for shooting ranges, whose activity requires the authorisation of the Ministry of National Defence, subject to the favourable opinion of the Joint Command of the Armed Forces.
