Article 83. Obtaining a Licence to Carry Firearms

In order to obtain a licence to carry firearms in the national territory, individuals must provide to the military agencies of each jurisdiction the following documents:

a) A request submitted to the competent authority…

d) A medical certificate issued by a health institution and with a signature of responsibility by an expert on the matter, testifying that the applicant is in perfect mental health condition…
