Artículo 71. Transportación de Armas

Para la transportación de armas desde puertos, aeropuertos y fábricas nacionales al lugar de destino en el país, en cantidades iguales o superiores al stock máximo permitido por este reglamento, los importadores y fabricantes solicitarán a los Organismos Militares de Control en la jurisdicción, el personal necesario para la seguridad en la transportación de las mismas.

Los gastos que demande la seguridad militar correrán a cargo de los propietarios de las importaciones o fabricantes, en su caso.

Article 71. Transport of Firearms

For the transport of firearms from ports, airports and national manufacturers to their destination inside the country, in quantities equal to or larger than the maximum stock permitted by this regulation, importers and manufacturers must request the military agencies in control in the jurisdiction, the necessary personnel to guarantee security during the transfer of the weapons.

Expenses for military security will be charged to importers or manufacturers, depending on the circumstances.
