Las fábricas nacionales de armas, exigirán para la venta, el respectivo permiso de comerciante no importador, otorgado por el Comando Conjunto de las FF.AA., y la justificación de la cantidad y necesidad de las mismas; siendo responsable por las ventas efectuadas.

Article 58. Licence of Dealers Who Do Not Import

In order to sell firearms, national firearm factories will demand the corresponding licence of dealers who do not import, issued by the Joint Command of the Armed Forces, and justification for the quantity and necessity of the firearms, being responsible for the sales.
