Artículo 30. Cantidades Permitidas para la Importación

Los Representantes o Distribuidores legalmente registrados, podrán importar previa autorización del Comando Conjunto, armas y municiones de uso civil bajo las siguientes modalidades:

a) Para mantener un stock máximo en el establecimiento comercial:

1) Pistolas con dos alimentadoras: 25 UND
2) Revólveres: 25 UND
3) Carabinas: 35 UND
4) Escopetas: 50 UND
5) Municiones: 50 cartuchos por cada pistola y revólver; y 100 cartuchos por arma para carabinas y escopetas.

b) Para atender pedidos de las Instituciones señaladas en el Art. 28 de este Reglamento, previa presentación de las solicitudes correspondientes.

Lawfully registered representatives or distributors may import, subject to the authorization of the Joint Command, firearms and ammunition for civil purpose under the following modalities:

a) To keep a maximum stock in their business premises:

1) Pistols with two magazines each: 25 Units
2) Revolvers: 25 Units
3) Carbines: 35 Units
4) Shotguns: 50 Units
5) Ammunition: 50 cartridges per pistol and revolver, and 100 cartridges per carbine and shotgun.

b) To meet the demands of the institutions listed in Article 28 of this Regulation, subject to the presentation of the corresponding requests.
