Artículo 12. Requisitos para los Comerciantes No Importadores

Son comerciantes no importadores, las personas naturales o jurídicas que adquieren especies de fabricación nacional, para comercializarlas en el interior del país. Para registrarse en el Comando Conjunto deberán cumplir los siguientes requisitos…

b) Cumplirán con los mismos requisitos señalados en el Art. 11 de este Reglamento, excepto el literal c) que será substituido por el certificado otorgado por las fábricas nacionales designándoles como representantes o distribuidores.

Article 12. Requirements for Dealers Who Do Not Import

Dealers who do not import are natural or legal persons who trade goods that are manufactured within the country and that are intended for the country. In order to be registered by the Joint Command, they must comply with the following requirements…

b) Comply with the same requirements referred to under Article 11 of this Regulation, except for paragraph c), which shall be substituted by the certificate issued by the National factories which appoints them as representatives or distributors.
