Artículo 26. Para el tránsito o exportación de productos sujetos a control según esta Ley, se presentará solicitud a las Secretarías de Estado en los Despachos de Defensa Nacional y Seguridad, según corresponda, indicando el país destinatario y el detalle de los productos. Cuando se trate de armas de colección a exportar, se acompañará autorización de la autoridad de antropología e Historia.

Transit or Export

Article 26. For the transit or export of items controlled under this Law, a request shall be submitted to the Offices of the Secretariats of National Defence [defence forces] and Security [National Police], when appropriate, indicating the destination country and characteristics of the product. In circumstances regarding the export of collectors' firearms, authorisation from the competent authorities on anthropology and history shall be attached to the request.
