Artículo 62. Los que posean armas permitidas por la Ley, dispondrán de doce (12) meses, a partir de la vigencia de esta Ley para su registro y obtención de permiso, por única vez, no se exigirá la exhibición de documentos o recibos de propiedad, pero los trámites a efectuar serán de naturaleza personal.

Registration and Licensing

Article 62. Those who have firearms that are allowed under this Act will have twelve (12) months from the enactment of this Act to register and obtain permission for these weapons. The submission of documents or receipts of ownership is not required. The procedure must be performed in person.
