Artículo 101. Traslado, donación o transferencia no autorizada

Quien siendo titular de un permiso de porte o tenencia de arma de fuego traslade, done o transfiera la misma sin la debida autorización del órgano competente, será sancionado con multa entre cincuenta Unidades Tributarias (50 U.T.) y cien Unidades Tributarias (100 U.T.), sin perjuicio de los procedimientos administrativos o penales correspondientes.

Act on the Disarmament and Control of Arms and Ammunition

Article 101. Unauthorised Moving, Donation or Transfer

Whoever holds a permit to carry or own a firearm moves, donates or transfers the latter without the required authorisation of the competent body will be sanctioned with a fine of 50 Tributary Units (50 U.T.), and a hundred Tributary Units (100 U.T.), notwithstanding the corresponding administrative or penal procedures.
