Artículo 23. Registro

El órgano competente de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana para el control de armas, llevara los Registros de Licencias y Matrículas relacionados con armas y municiones conjuntamente con las instancias encargadas de la comercialización de armas de fuego del estado venezolano, llevando un registro automatizado donde consten los ingresos e egresos.

Decree No. 881, promulgating Regulations for the Law on Disarmament and Control of Firearms and Ammunition

Article 23. Registration

The competent body of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces for the control of arms shall maintain records of licences and registration of firearms and ammunition, together with the agencies responsible for the trade of firearms of the Venezuelan state, and shall produce an automated register which will track the inflows and outflows.
