Artículo 21. Solicitud de Registro

La Persona Jurídica que comercialice armas (incluyendo sus componentes, partes y piezas), municiones, accesorios y afines, debe realizar su trámite administrativo de solicitud de registro cumpliendo con las disposiciones establecidas ante el órgano competente de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana para el control de armas y municiones, de conformidad con lo establecido con la Providencia Administrativa del Órgano Rector en materia de armas y municiones.

Decree No. 881, promulgating Regulations for the Law on Disarmament and Control of Firearms and Ammunition

Article 21. Registration Request

The legal person who commercialises firearms (including components, parts and pieces), ammunition, accessories and related materials), must go through administration procedures to request the registration of these by meeting the requirements set before the competent body of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces for the control of arms and ammunition, in accordance with what is established by the Administrative Ruling of the Governing Body for arms and ammunition.
