Gunsmith Trading Illegally

14. Every person who

(a) not being a licensed gunsmith,1 sells or deals in firearms or trades as a gunsmith; or

(b) being a licensed gunsmith sells or deals in firearms or ammunition upon any premises other than those specified in his licence,

shall be guilty of an offence; but a person shall not be deemed to be dealing in firearms or carrying on the trade of a gunsmith1 by reason only of the fact that such person exports firearms imported into the Islands and kept in bond.
