Licence to Expire on 31st December

11. (1) Subject to the provisions of sections 10 and 13, every licence issued under this Ordinance shall expire on the thirty-first day of December next following.

(2) Any person who becomes liable to take out any licence shall take out such licence within fourteen days next after the day upon which he becomes liable to do so.
