Importation of Firearms

8. A firearm imported into the Islands shall not be delivered by the Collector of Customs, the Postmaster or any officer acting on their behalf to any person (other than a licensed gunsmith1 importing the same for the purpose of his trade) who has not first obtained a licence to keep such firearm.
