Articulo 34. (Registro e Inventarios)

I. Las personas naturales o jurídicas comercializadoras de armas de fuego, municiones y explosivos de uso civil, mantendrán sus registros e inventarios actualizados.

II. El Ministerio de Gobierno, a través de la Policía Boliviana, está encargado de controlar y fiscalizar los registros e inventarios de armas de fuego y municiones de las empresas comercializadoras.

III. El Ministerio de Defensa está encargado de controlar y fiscalizar los registros e inventarios de las personas naturales o jurídicas autorizadas para el uso de explosivos, sus partes, componentes y materias primas.

Article 34. (Registration and Inventories)

I. Individual or legal entities who are involved in the trading of firearms, ammunition and explosives for civilian use, will update their records and inventories.

II. The Ministry of the Interior, through the Bolivian Police, is responsible for controlling and monitoring the records and inventories of firearms and ammunition traders.

III. The Ministry of Defence is responsible for controlling and monitoring the records and inventories of individual or legal entities who are authorised to use explosives, their parts, components and raw materials.
