Guns in Schools in Hawaii

Hawaii generally does not prohibit the carrying of guns in schools.

Any student who possesses a firearm at an elementary or secondary school shall be "excluded" for not less than one year. The Superintendent, on a case-by-case basis, may modify this exclusion.
