Section 3. Possessing etc. firearm or ammunition: Fine not exceeding VT20,000 without firearm licence or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 6 months or to both.
Section 6. Trading in firearm or ammunition: Fine not exceeding without holding firearm dealer's licence VT.50,000 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 12 months or to both.
Section 7. Importing firearm or ammunition: Fine not exceeding VT50,000 without holding a firearms import or imprisonment for a period licence [sic.] not exceeding 12 months or to both.
Section 8. Manufacturing, selling etc., prohibited: Fine not exceeding weapons [sic.] VT100,000 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 2 years or to both.
Section 26. Possession of any firearm or ammunition with intent to endanger human life: Fine not exceeding VT 750,000 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 15 years or to both.
Section 27. Use of firearms to resist arrest or detention: Fine not exceeding VT 500,000 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 10 years or to both.
