Les registres spéciaux tenus par les titulaires d'autorisation de fabrication et/ou de commerce et les registres des autres armuriers doivent être remplis et conservés pendant toute la durée de l'activité commerciale. A l'issue de celle-ci, les registres doivent être déposés auprès du commissariat de police ou de la brigade de gendarmerie territorialement compétent.
De la même manière, les registres spéciaux concernant les entreprises qui se livrent au courtage ou à l'intermédiation doivent être remis au ministère de la Défense.

v) How long are records kept on the manufacture, holding and transfer of SALW under your jurisdiction? (II.9)
The special registers kept by the holders of authorisations to manufacture and/or trade and the registers of other gunsmiths must be kept and preserved for the duration of the commercial activity. At its conclusion, the registers must be handed to the territorially competent Police station or Gendarmerie brigade .
Similarly, the special registers concerning companies that carry out brokering or intermediation activities must be handed to the Ministry of Defence.
