The expected assistance and support are identical at the national, bilateral, multilateral and sub-regional levels. They would concern:
- Technical equipment
- Training of the qualified personnel
- The establishment of the required structures and mechanisms or already in place
- Pressure of the international community on supplier countries and arms traffickers.
