Área: Reexpedición o re-exportación

- En las operaciones de exportación y de reexportación al extranjero de las mercaderías en tránsito, las solicitudes deberán presentarse debidamente visadas por el Consul respectivo y luego será comunicada al Ministerio de
Relaciones Exteriores y la documentación a presentar será la siguiente: Certificado de exportación expedido por el Servicio Material y Armamento, permiso de exportación expedido por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, Certificado de importación inicial (Documento expedido por el Organismo del pais exportador), solicitud de reexportación de la mercadería y autorización del fabricante.

- NOTA: Uruguay no autoriza la re-exportación de armas y/o sus componentes sin la autorización previa dada por escrito por el pais productor o exportador original.

Procedimientos administrativos.

Documentación a presentar:
- Certificado de exportación expedido por el Servicio Material y Armamento.
- Permiso de exportación expedido por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
- Certificado de importación (Documento expedido por el Organismo del pais importador).
- Solicitud de reexportación de la mercaderia.
- Autorizaclón escrita previa del fabricante (exportador)

Area: Retransfer or Re-export

- In the operations surrounding the export and re-export of foreign goods in transit, requests must be duly stamped by the consulate and will then be communicated to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with the documentation being submitted as follows: the export certificate issued by the National Army Material and Arms Department, export permit issued by the Ministry of National Defence, the initial export certificate issued by the Ministry of National Defence, initial import certificate (Document issued by the Agency of the exporting country), request for the re-export of goods and the authorization from the manufacturer.

- NOTE: Uruguay does not authorize the re-export of weapons and/or components without prior permission in writing given by the original producer or exporter country.

Administrative Procedures.

Documentation required:
- Export licence issued by the National Army Material and Arms Department.
- Export Permit issued by the Ministry of National Defence.
- Import certificate (Document issued by the Agency of the importing country).
- Request for the re-export of the merchandise.
- Prior written permission of the manufacturer (exporter)
