Leyes, normativas y procedimientos adrriinistrativos que existen en el ámbito nacional para ejercer un control efectivo sobre las armas pequñas y ligeras en los siguientes aspectos:

Procedimientos administrativos:

Area: Exportación, Importación, Tránsito

- De acuerdo a lo que establece el articulo 12 del Decreto Ley 10.415 y su reglamentación, el Decreta 91/993, se comete al Servicio de Material y Armamento el recibo de las solicitude de importación de explosivos, armas de fuego, municiones sustancias químicas peligrosas en forma directa o por medios
electrónicos y el otorgamiento del certificado de importación, previa informe técnico correspondiente.

- Las solicitudes para operaciones aduaneras se formularán ante el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional contendrán especificación de: denominación industrial o comercial; cantidad de cajones; peso, marcas, numeraciones, procedencia; buque que la conduce o conducirá; matricula del mismo, fecha y lugar de arribo o salida de éste, lugar donde serán depositadas o lugar de destino, según
corresponda a la naturaleza de las operaciones. En el caso de tratarse de operaciones de importación la solicitud se formulará ante el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional con antelación a la adquisición de los productos en su país de
origen…

- Los certificados de autorización que expida el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional acompañaran a las respectivas documentaciones que corresponda presentar a las dependencias aduaneras. El Servicio de Material y Armamento deberá remitir semanalmente al Ministerio de Defensa Nacional (Dirección Logistica) fotocopia o fax de los certifrcados de importación autorizados.

- El Ministerio de Defensa Nacional (Dirección Logistica) emitira los certificados de despacho y/o descarga de acuerdo a la solicitud del interesado y el certificado de importación expedido por el Servicio de Material y Armamento, y este debera asimismo remitir mensualmente al Ministerio de Defensa Nacional (Dirección Logistica) el listado de armas, municiones, explosivos; nitrocelulosa y articulos pirotécnicos que efectivamente ingresaron al pais. Cométase a las oficinas técnicas correspondientes del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional y Servicio de Material y Armamento la verificación práctica de las innovaciones procedimentales implantadas por la presente, debiendo efectuar conjuntamente las correcciones que entiendan oportunas.

- Todas las operaciones de exportación, importación y tránsito, son centralizadas por el Registro Nacional de Armas del Servicio de Material y Armamento, que es un servicio dependiente del Ejercito Nacional y del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.

- The authorisation certificates issued by the Ministry of Defence accompany the respective documents and shall be submitted to the Customs offices. The National Army Material and Arms Department shall submit weekly to the Ministry of National Defence (Logistics Department) a photocopy or fax of authorised import licenses.

- The Ministry of National Defence (Logistics Department) will issue clearance and/or discharge certificates according to the applicant's request and the import licence issued by the National Army Material and Arms Department, which must also submit monthly to the Ministry of National Defence (Logistics Department) the list of weapons, ammunition, explosives, nitrocellulose and pyrotechnics that actually entered the country…
