- Les armes ne peuvent être détruites que par le Banc d'Epreuves de Liège. Une procédure spéciale avait été mise en place pendant la période d'amnistie (09/06/2006 au 31/10/2008).

- Le directeur du Banc d'Epreuves de Liège peut décider pour des raisons historiques, scientifiques ou didactiques, de ne pas faire détruire les armes à feu confisquées. Dans ce cas, les armes rejoignent la collection d'un musée public, d'un établissement scientifique ou d'un service de police désigné par le ministre.

Concerning seized / confiscated weapons:

- The weapons can only be destroyed by the Proof House of Firearms of Liège. A special procedure was established during the amnesty period. (09/06/2006 to 31/10/2008).

The Director of the Proof House of Liège may decide, for historical, scientific or educational reasons, not to destroy the confiscated weapons. In that case, the weapons will join the collection of a public museum, of a scientific establishment or a Police service designated by the Minister.
