II.3. En matière de traçage des armes et de coopération:
Concernant la coopération relative au traçage des armes, notre pays ayant l'ambition de contribuer activement à la maîtrise, au niveau international, des flux illicites d'armes et de munitions, des dispositions nouvelles (article 127 bis) ont été prises par le décret 04-304 suscité, s'inscrivant dans ce cadre. En vertu de ces dispositions, toute sortie du territoire national, est subordonnée à la présentation de l'autorisation adéquate élu pays destinataire et de l'accord écrit du ou des éventuels pays de transit, avec possibilités d'informer ces pays, a l'avance, par les canaux du Ministère des Affaires étrangères, des services des Douanes et autres services compétents désignés par l'Etat.
- Les armes récupérées ou saisies par les services de sécurité, les gardes frontières et les services des douanes dans le cadre de la lutte contre le terrorisme, la criminalité et la contrebande, font l'objet d'une action de traçage au niveau national par une identification et une vérification des marquages s'ils figurent sur ces armes, avec ceux des armes enregistrées dans les différents registres nationaux, ainsi que par des techniques d'investigations des services compétents de l'Etat.
- Si l'action interne confirme que ces armes sont illicites ou ne figurent pas sur les registres nationaux, une action régionale ou internationale de traçabilité de ces armes est mise en œuvre par les canaux d'Interpol et autres autorités ou services compétents désignés par l'Etat.

II.3. Concerning Tracing Weapons and Cooperation:
- Concerning the cooperation in tracing weapons, considering our country has the ambition to actively contribute, at the international level, to the control of the illicit flow of weapons and ammunition, new provisions (Article 127 bis) have been established by Decree 04-304 within this framework. Under these provisions, every exit of the territory is conditional upon presentation of the adequate authorisation of the recipient country and the written consent of any transit countries, with the possibility to inform these countries, in advance through the channels of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Customs Service and other competent authorities designated by the State.
- Weapons recovered or seized by the security services, border guards and Customs services in the fight against terrorism, crime and smuggling, are subject to tracing action at the national level through the identification and verification of markings if they exist on these weapons, with those of the registered weapons in the different national records, as well as through investigation techniques of the competent State services.
- If the internal action confirms that these weapons are illegal or not on national records, a regional or international trace of such weapons is implemented through Interpol channels and other authorities or agencies designated by the State.
