End-use, Verification and Re-transfer

An End User Certificate, International Import Certificate or other official authorisation issued by the receiving state is required.

Verification can be carried out when there is reason to suspect a violation of export control rules.

In certain cases, re-transfer is restricted by a specific clause in the End User Certificate.
