Prohibited and Restricted Imports

14. (1) The goods specified in Part A of the Eighth Schedule1 are prohibited goods and the importation thereof is prohibited.

(2) The goods specified in Part B of the Eighth Schedule1 are restricted imports and the importation thereof, save in accordance with any conditions regulating their importation, is prohibited.
