- L'enregistrement des armes détenues par les citoyens (essentiellement des fusils de chasse, du moment où la détention d'armes de guerre est interdite aux citoyens), sur des registres en papier et électroniques, où sont inscrites les identités complètes des détenteurs et des caractéristiques techniques de ces armes (type, calibre, matricule, nombre de munitions).
