Article 47: Modalities for Keeping Licence and Inventory Registers

To facilitate the control, the authorisation for collection, possession, and sale of arms and other related materials as well as the authorisation for acquisition of ammunition shall be kept together with the inventory register.

Article 48: Arm Inventory

The National Police shall make inventory of arms and ammunition meant for sale or those held by individuals once a year and whenever deemed necessary.
