Article 33: Requirements on the Carriage of Firearms

Except as provided in the instructions of Rwanda Defense Forces, National Police and those meant for maintaining public security, it is prohibited to shoot and travel in agglomerations and near inhabited areas with loaded firearms which can easily discharge by themselves.
