Article 2: Definitions of Terms

For the purposes of this Law, the following terms shall mean:

5 "arsenal": a registered place designed for storage of arms, ammunition and other related materials;

7 "broker": any person who acts for a commission, profit or any other cause in order to:

a) facilitate the transfer, documentation and payment in respect of any transaction relating to the buying or selling of arms with their ammunition and other related materials;

b) act as an intermediary between any manufacturer, dealer in or a buyer of arms and other related materials;
