Inventory:
All the data on arms are entered in a computer by the responsible office in the National Guard General Staff. Among other details we can find the arms quantity of a Unit and where Sub Units are assigned.
Management and accounting control procedures:
i) The Units have a General Arms Register.
ii) The Sub Units have a Partial Arms register where all the arms registered as well as the names of the soldiers to whom the arms are given.
