Record-Keeping
- Every import of arms must be approved by the Ministries of the Interior, Defence, Finance and Commerce, and have an arms import authorization;
- Every delivery of arms and components must be systematically monitored;
- Specialist State personnel must verify that the order matches the delivery;
- Every import and delivery of arms must be registered with all the relevant information;
- No importer may obstruct in any way the investigations necessary for the
purpose of monitoring, which may include an examination of premises, an inventory and the auditing of all types of account.
