Stockpile Management and Security - State-Owned Firearm Records
Issues relating to management of existing stockpiles of small arms and light weapons and rules for their safe storage are also regulated by orders, instructions and other internal documents of the Ministry of Defence, internal affairs agencies and border and special services. On the basis of these documents, the Republic of Belarus has established and is operating a streamlined system for equipping and maintaining storage sites for small arms and light weapons.
The system also controls the use of, record-keeping for and transportation of small arms and light weapons held by the corresponding government authorities.
