Art. 20:

Seules les personnes majeures dont l'honorabilité est certaine, et dont le comportement n'a donné lieu à aucune observation, peuvent être autorisées à acquérir et détenir des armes et munitions classées dans les 3e, 4e, 5e, 6e, 7e, 8e catégorie.

Sont toutefois interdites:

- L'acquisition ou la détention de plusieurs armes de la quatrième catégorie par une même personne;
- L'acquisition ou la détention de plus de 50 cartouches par arme de la quatrième catégorie régulièrement détenue.

Art. 20:

Only persons of legal age whose respectability is certain, and whose behaviour has not lead to any observations, may be authorised to purchase and possess firearms and ammunition of the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th categories1.

However, prohibited at all times are:

- The purchase or possession, by the same person, of many firearms of the 4th category1;
- The purchase or possession of more than 50 cartridges by lawfully held firearm of the 4th category1.
