Artículo 84. Inspección de Colecciones

Todas las colecciones de armas podrán ser inspeccionadas por la Dirección, como mínimo dos veces al año.

Artículo 86. Seguridad para las Colecciones

Las personas responsables de la custodia de las colecciones de armas deberán guardar las seguridades necesarias para evitar pérdidas, cuando éstas ocurran deberán reportarlo inmediatamente al Departamento presentando un informe suscinto de como sucedieron los hechos.

Los recintos donde se custodien las colecciones deben reunir los requisitos de seguridad suficientes que a criterio del Departamento considere necesarios para impedir el robo, el extravío o el deterioro de las armas.

Article 84. Inspecting Firearm Collections

All firearm collections will be inspected by the Arms and Explosives Control Department at least twice a year.

Article 86. Security of Firearm Collections

Those who are in charge of firearm collections must implement the necessary security measures to prevent any loss. In case of any loss, it is necessary to send immediately to the Arms and Explosives Control Department a report describing in a detailed way how the arms got lost.

Facilities housing the collections must have the security conditions established by the Department in order to prevent theft, loss or damage of the arms.
