Artículo 50. Requisitos del Permiso Especial

La solicitud del permiso especial de portación de armas permitidas a que hace referencia el artículo 371 de la Ley, debe formularse personalmente o por escrito autenticado, ante el Departamento o en sus oficinas auxiliares, acompañada de timbre policial de mil colones y tres fotografías tamaño pasaporte, la solicitud deberá contener el nombre, apellidos, calidades y domicilio exacto, número telefónico, y la identificación plena de la característica del arma. Indicando las razones por las cuales su vida se encuentra razonablemente expuesta al peligro. Adjuntando fotocopia de la cédula de identidad por ambos lados, o, de residencia.

Article 50. Requirements of the Special Licence to Carry Arms

The application for the special licence to carry permitted firearms, referred to in Article 371 of the Law, must be submitted at the Department of Arms and Explosives Control in person or if the applicant is not personally filing the application, it must be certified by a lawyer.
