Para los efectos de la presente Ley, se clasifican como armas de fuego de colección:

a. Armas de avancarga …
b. Arma inservible o en desuso …
c. Armas obsoletas …
d. Armas útiles …

Las personas individuales o jurídicas que deseen coleccionar armas bélicas o de uso exclusivo de las fuerzas de seguridad y orden público del estado, deberán mantenerlas en condiciones especiales de seguridad, retirándole el percutor de la misma el que deberá quedar en depósito en la DIGECAM.

Article 65. Firearm Collections

According to this Law, the following firearms are classified as part of a collection:

a. Muzzleloading arms…
b. Unusable arms …
c. Obsolete arms…
b. Useable arms…

Individuals or legal entities wishing to collect military arms or for the sole use of the State forces should use special security measure to keep them and remove the firing pin, which shall be deposited in the Office for Arms and Ammunition Control.

If the firearm is misused, the owner will be held responsible in a civil and criminal court.
