Artículo 72. Características del Permiso

Para fabricar, almacenar, comerciar, importar, exportar y vender armas permitidas, municiones, explosivos, pólvora y materia prima para elaborar los productos regulados por esta Ley, deberá tramitarse, ante la Dirección de Armamento, una solicitud de permiso que indique las características, la cantidad, la procedencia y el modo de distribución y venta de estos. Las manifestaciones contenidas en dicha solicitud tendrán los efectos de una declaración jurada. Asimismo, deberá adjuntarse copia del permiso específico del Ministerio de Salud.

Las aduanas no autorizarán el desalmacenaje correspondiente sin ese permiso …

Cuando el número de armas exceda de cien, se requerirá la autorización del Ministerio de Seguridad…

Article 72. Features of the Licence
